Baby clothing review - John Lewis x

#TodayLittleMonkeyIs...Wearing his Bold Red Cardigan, Sheep Embossed Ochre Tee and Stripe Joggers, all from John Lewis Baby...baaaaa...

Red Cardigan, Sheep Tee and Stripe Leggings +John Lewis x

Since we welcomed Ewan the Dream Sheep into the family, we've all gone a bit Baa Baa mad for the little woollen guys.  Thankfully John Lewis's Baby range of sheep inspired separates has indulged my new found love for this barnyard animal.

It started innocently enough when I initially purchased the Pack of 2 Leggings and 2 Pack Little Tees from the baby range.  The Leggings came in navy and white stripe and the other with super cute printed sheep in greys and lemons.  If you know me by now, you know I love a grey & lemon combo.

The beauty of the sets is you could mix and match them to create multiple looks.  One as a matchy matchy look by wearing both stripes together and the other by adding each stripe to the white tee or printed leggings.  Oh the fun i've had...

The Matchy Matchy set proved popular at Baby Yoga.  Ok not for throwing shapes in, but just because he looked all chilled and relaxed.  And the chick tee and leggings were perfect for showing the little guys off at his grandparents.  Baby does smart...

My obsession grew yesterday when I purchased the little Sheep Embroidered Top in ochre.  I couldn't contain my excitement at the prospect of creating 2 additional looks with just the new addition of the tee.  Henry wore this proudly today for afternoon tee with his NCT baby buddies.

Yesterday I also purchased the Sheep Printed Romper for his first holiday this September, but don't tell Daddy, its hidden away in Henry's wardrobe.

Since buying from John Lewis's baby range I can't fault the quality, each piece has washed beautifully.  Henry always gets compliments in the clothes (but he looks just as gorgeous in a simple vest) when we are out and about.

Pre-baby John Lewis was my go to store for homeware and make-up, but now I find the coffee shop and baby changing room my little havens with Little Monkey x
